Mental health is equally important as physical health. We seek medical assistance when it comes to our physical health but always take mental health for granted. But the worst part is they don’t know what they are experiencing and how to seek help. They get so entangled in their thoughts that they forget the basic purpose of their life and happiness suddenly disappears.
